What will our grants fund?

Applications

The grant application process has been kept very simple with a minimum of paperwork. If you think you have an idea for a project that meets our aims and would like to submit an application, please click on the button below.

If you would like to discuss an idea you have with the Director, then please telephone him on 01430 828642 or send an e mail to him at director@tribunetrust.org He will be delighted to talk to you and will visit your project to provide any advice you require.

Community projects are expected to have policies in place in relation to the misuse of drugs and alcohol and to ensure those using or involved in the project are safeguarded from harm. There should also be a bank account for the project into which the grant can be paid. The Director can provide guidance in all these areas.

Grant applications are considered by the Trustees at their quarterly meeting. If successful, grant funding will be sent to your organisation. The High Sheriff for your area, or the Chairman, and Director will aim to visit your project to see how the grant has been spent and appropriate media coverage will be arranged. The Trustees may set some conditions with the grant funding and the Director will maintain contact with you and your group to ensure the funding has been used in line with these conditions.
